More than 20 years of experience at various accountancy firms have made me a solution-oriented tax specialist with experience in SMEs with regard to (international) structures, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and real estate funds.

Regular assignments such as tax refunds and an optimized restructure of your company are the basis of my advice.

In addition to my Master of Laws specialized in tax law (2002), I also gained my Master of Laws in corporate business law (2002). Therefore I am able to understand or draw up agreements for corporate transfers (purchase and sales agreement), legal (re)structuring and investments.

As a lecturer for the Academie voor Vastgoed (academy for real estate), I am aware of any tax implications of real estate transactions.

ADVICE

Dutch international tax regulations are extremely complex and you will be facing with excessive taxation without proper tax guidance. With many years of experience, quality and creativity, we guarantee the valuable guidance for diverse business scenarios. With our services, we are able to guarantee the correct application of tax ruling. Our goal is to achieve an optimized taxation / tax ruling for our clients, by creative planning & structuring.

Financial data of our clients will be taken into concerns of our advice. Therefore, we can proactively response to announced amendments of the law or jurisprudence.


FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

We have rich experience of financial administration and are familiar with all common software. Upon consultation with you, we take care of the administration of organization and it can be processed accurately an efficiently. If you choose do conduct your own administration, we can also provide you support, for example, a periodic check of your financial administration.


FINANCIAL REPORTS

We offer you periodic financial reports (per month or quarter). As a result, we discuss the developments with you during the year. After all, you do not (exclusively) manage on the basis of last years, but mainly during the financial year. The provision of (extensive) forward-looking reports such as forecasts and liquidity budgets are also under scope of our services.


FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

At the end of the financial year, we prepare the financial statements for you, plus a compilation report from the accountant. The financial statements compiled by us provide a true and fair view of the results achieved. The financial statements are the basis for the various tax refunds. Any external parties, including banks or creditors, may also request the financial statements. An assessment of financial statement might be required. We can implement this assignment for you.


ACCOUNTANT STATEMENTS

Situations are conceivable in which auditor's reports are requested. You can think of accountants' statements that are requested in the case of subsidies application or acquisition processes. As a qualified accountancy firm, we can provide you the accountant statement as required.


RELOCATION

We support internationally oriented companies with business establishment in the Netherlands. Our services cover the cross-border administrative work for companies and also the related affairs that come with the establishment in the Netherlands, including the various regulations regarding the relocation of employees from outside the Netherlands to the Netherlands (expats). We have obtained rich experience, in terms of, the registration of employers as recognized sponsor, the application for residence and work permits, as well as, the explanation and further guidance on this.

Naturally, the application for various tax rulings and the registration of Country by Country reporting is part of our services.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION

The payroll administration is also one of our services. Every month we ensure that the pay slips of you and your employees are ready and the periodic payroll tax refunds are submitted. At the end of the year, the annual income statement are provided to you and your employees. You can also contact us for salary administration with an international background, such as that of expats with a 30% ruling.


TAX REFUNDS

The final piece of the administration and advice are the various tax refunds. This is called compliance. We file all types of tax refunds in an efficient and correct approach. Any corporate tax, income tax, turnover tax or wage tax, we take care of refunds and communication with the tax authorities.
